Hello friends! As the end of the modern year approaches, and new year resolution season with it, I felt it was a wonderful time to introduce the Vibrational Awareness series!
This is going to a dive into a few behaviors and ways of being that I personally feel are key factors in maintaining the vibrational status you desire, not just one that is yielded by consequential actions. After years of reading various religious texts, meditation, and spiritual work, I'm glad to say that (as far as I can see, any way), these tenants can and are easily worked into just about any religious or spiritual structure - even atheism! While there are, of course, exceptions to every rule, I really hope that pretty much anyone who stumbles on what I call the Ten Tenants will be able to resonate and work with them to improve their overall lives.
To make sure the following series will align with your current belief structure, or will at least resonate with you, I will start off by stating a few of the core beliefs that this system is structured around, which are:
We are all vibrational, spiritual beings experiencing a physical reality. As some like to say, "we are the universe experiencing itself."
We impact our reality by altering or maintaining certain vibrational and energetic resonances. That resonance is strongly impacted by various behaviors that your spirit chooses to participate in while taking part of the physical world. This impact resonance is most commonly known in the modern era as karma.
There is no "good," or "evil," or "right," or "wrong." There simply is.
The universe, and all its components, are intentional, even those that we may deem undesirable, unpleasant, or "evil." Working with and finding balance among these energies is an important part of the lesson of this physical reality.
"God," or "Gods," are physical words and images that we, as humans, have labeled various universal energies with for as long as we have had the ability to do so. The names, their origin, ect., are not as important as a recognition of the energies themselves.
No energy is more or less important than our own personal energies, as they and we all have an important, integral role in the function of the universe as a whole. While the overall perceived impact of some energy may be greater or lesser than another's, that perception of impact does not negate or add to the value of either energies.
If you are still with me, let's get into the details!

The point of this series is to help each of us reach what I call Bliss, which is the emotional and spiritual contentment which occurs when we are actively aligned with and working our higher purpose. Bliss is represented in the image above by the balanced, center line, which also extends around the entirety of the circle, holding all its contents in place. This purpose is very different for everyone. The Ten Tenets will help any person align with their higher purpose by allowing them to personalize their own vibrational resonance, by maintaining higher awareness of what each action (or non-action) may be doing to their resonance.
Some actions or behaviors raise your vibration, while others lower them. The high vibrational behaviors that I strive to focus on when I feel low vibrational and in the dumps are:
Charity
Faith
Honesty
Kindness
Temperance
While the low vibrational behaviors that, to be honest, are sometimes healthy to break up stagnation or a feeling of being too rigid or confined, but should also be avoided, if you are looking to raise your vibration:
Addictives
Killing
Sexual Misconduct
Sinful Avarice
Theft
Through out this series, we will be alternating between high and low vibrational Tenets each week, learning how each can be a positive or negative influence on our overall lives, as well as what each Tenet fully entails (you might be surprised with a few!). I hope you find them as helpful towards reaching your goals of spiritual mastery as I have, and enjoy your journey, as well! As usual, too, here is your affirmation of the day:
